The Instant Group, the largest global marketplace for flexible workspace, is extending its capabilities into Auckland, New Zealand, to meet the surging demand for hybrid work in the country.
The announcement follows Instant’s most recent expansions this year in India, Sweden and South Africa. According to The Instant Group’s proprietary data, demand for flexible workspace in New Zealand has increased by 83% from 2019 to 2023.
In response to both client occupier and partner operator/owner demand, Instant will extend the breadth of flexible products and services it offers in New Zealand where demand for flexible workspaces has grown significantly over the last few years.
