Reporting to the Programme Director, the Project Director is responsible for delivering high profile, complex, fast-paced client project(s) from inception to completion on-time and on-budget.
This role will report to the Senior Account Manager, Operations, based in Berlin, who in turn reports to the Senior Director, Operations. This role will support our client and Instant in the day to day operational running of the site. Within the role you will have a good understanding of client requirements and any Instant services delivered on site. You. will support in ensuring that services are delivered to time and budget. You will integrate seamlessly with the client team while still adhering to Instant’s values.

Instant continues to grow and there is an opportunity with this role to contribute to its success through the application of improved technology and insight solutions for our clients and internal customers. Instant wishes to increase its senior IT management capacity by appointing a commercially minded IT Director reporting into the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
The research team provides vital knowledge to the Instant business while providing insight and research to external companies using Instant’s industry leading data and market position.
The US Research Executive’s purpose within the team will be to take on the day to day responsibility and ownership of US research & data requests from across the business and support bespoke industry research.
Reporting to the Group COO, this is a newly created position and the purpose of the Operational Excellence Manager’s role is to work alongside process-owners to develop and improve operating processes across the business, enabling us to scale our operations successfully, optimise efficiencies, whilst mitigating and reporting on risk and compliance. It is critical that the role helps drive accountability and responsibility for processes throughout the business. The incumbent must have a commercial mindset which balances governance and best practice with nimbleness and agility as the business is fast moving, entrepreneurial, innovative and dynamic.
Reporting to a regional Client Services Director this role is responsible for managing local client relationships and delivery of services to those clients. Within the role you will have full responsibility for any Instant services (as well as hard FM and soft services) delivered to your local clients.
