Operations Coordinator FTC
location: London date added: 4th October 2019

The Operations Coordinator will serve as an administrative support for the Operations team along with ensuring the smooth running of the London office (c. 130 members of staff) on a day-to-day basis, additionally taking on his or her own duties. Along with general administration, this role involves a large portion of system management using IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System - software platform to manage a company’s real estate portfolio) up to date.), ensuring accuracy always. Whilst primarily supporting the UK & EMEA team, you will also ensure that the Operations team are supported globally within the wider Instant team. You will be responsible for making sure that the office and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. You will be accountable for liaising with service providers such as cleaning, security, post room, reception and the loading bay to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work. This role will vary on a daily basis and will be a mix of regular tasks and reactive duties.


Management Accountant

The role is to manage all aspects of financial management of a number of entities within our growing international group. The role will report to the Head of Finance and will require infrequent travel to London.


Credit Controller

Instant is looking for a motivated and talented credit controller ideally with a proven track record of performing against both cash collection and aged debt targets. This role will be fast-paced and varied, covering all aspects of credit control, including; cash posting, reviewing all office broking deals submitted by the UK sales teams, raising invoices and credit notes, ensuring invoices are paid on time in line with Instant’s terms and conditions, building relationships internally and externally along with minimizing aged debt. The role will report directly into the Head of Accounts Receivable based in Head Office in London.


Account Support Executive

The Instant Group is looking for an Account Support Executive to join our Corporate team. The main objective of this role is to work closely with our senior corporate heads who are based in Hong Kong and Singapore. You will be working with them daily to understand the needs of their client who will be looking for flexible office space across Asia, and then reach out to market to see who can help with the client’s requirement.


Legal Counsel

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic lawyer to join our small but growing in-house legal team. It’s an exciting time for us at Instant – we are currently experiencing rapid international growth which means there is a requirement for an additional on-the-ground legal resource. Your main role will be to support the global business in the negotiation and drafting commercial contracts and provide general support to the Legal Director, UK and EMEA. You will be based in Newcastle, but given the nature of our global business, we are responsible for advising across all our international offices
