Demand continues to grow for flexible workspaces across APAC, up by 16% in 2023.
Our APAC Flexible Market Review 2023 shows that demand for flexible workspaces across APAC is up 16% in the first half of 2023 compared to the second half of 2022. Our report reveals that although recovery in APAC is slower than the UK (up 18% for the same time period) and EMEA (up 24%), the region is now rebounding and the outlook is positive.
The average transaction size across APAC has remained stable in the first half of 2023 at 9.6 desks compared to the second half of 2022. This is reflective of the shift in occupiers of flex space, with a larger number of corporate clients now utilizing flex to support their agile office needs.
