As demand begins to rise in Germany again, in the yearly German Flex Market Report, Instant explores the changing landscape of the flex industry and how this has and will impact supply in Germany.

Demand for flexible workspace in Germany grew by 79% in the first quarter of 2020 compared to Q1 2019, and by 20% between quarter 2 and 3 of this year, with the top 8 cities, including Munich, Cologne and Leipzig, seeing 69% of all flexible workspace demand during the first half of 2020.
