The Instant Group, the largest global flexible workspace marketplace, has acquired Navigate Property Consulting in Australia. This expansion is in direct response to the rise in demand for flexible workspace in many key markets in Australia. This acquisition expands delivery and service capability across the region.
Australia is a dynamic market for flexible workspace, with several markets experiencing demand growth throughout 2023 compared to 2022, including Sydney (+9%), Perth (+46%) and Adelaide (+14%). The Gold Coast is leading the way in 2024, with demand levels already up +59% in Q1 2024 compared to the same period last year.
Founded by Paul Mead, Navigate Property Consulting manage the entire lifecycle of commercial tenancies in Australia. Specializing in end-of-lease resolution on behalf of tenants, their approach achieves the most cost-effective result whilst managing their clients’ risks.
