The Instant Group, the largest global marketplace for flexible workspace, has signed a Managed Office agreement for Pru Life UK, a leading insurance company in the Philippines, to secure and build out a new Agency Office in Makati, Philippines, to be known as PRUHouse Makati.
The Managed Office product affords companies a unique way to procure and deliver space - on time and on budget – incorporating a tenant’s brand and office specifications while Instant assumes both the lease and management of the space. Globally, The Instant Group manages over four million square feet of Managed Office for large multinational companies including Jaguar Land Rover and GSK.
About the Makati Office
Due for completion in January 2024, Pru Life UK’s new office space will be a 35,309 sq ft fully customized workspace accommodating over 3,000 active agents.
Leading Instant’s team for this project is Regional Director of Asia Pacific, Paul Marshall, who will arrange and oversee the delivery of this corporate real estate office.
The Instant Group has also engaged The Steven Leach Group to be the design partner for this project; and specialist experience consultant The XMakers, to deliver bespoke workplace experiences through strategy, concept, and creative execution.
This is the second project between The Instant Group and Pru Life UK in the Philippines, following the successful delivery of PRUHouse Ortigas in 2022.
