The Instant Group, the largest global marketplace for flexible workspace, is pleased to announce that it assisted multi-brand international recruitment specialists LHi Group in securing a new, 4,869-square-foot Managed Office, one which Instant procured and manages, to accommodate up to 50 workstations at Equitable Commercial Realty’s 800 Brazos Street in Austin, Texas.

LHi’s new self-contained suite features open plan desking, kitchenette, bathrooms, two meeting rooms, and breakout space. The space is fully customized and branded to LHi’s exact requirements.
Instant’s Managed Office product affords companies a unique way to procure and deliver space, incorporating the tenant’s brand and office specifications while Instant assumes both the lease and management of the space. By engaging Instant’s Managed Office product, LHi worked with one partner, under one contract, to build out a space quickly, with no capital expenditures incurred by LHi. This enabled LHi to focus on their core business and driving results for their clients.
Globally, The Instant Group manages over four million square feet of Managed Office space for large multinational companies including GSK, Jaguar Land Rover and Pru Life UK.
