In a bid to move away from multiple traditional agency offices in Manila, Pru Life UK, a leading insurance company in the Philippines, enlisted the services of The Instant Group to navigate and achieve this change seamlessly.
For Pru Life UK, the escalating real estate costs against an ambitious growth plan in the region, coupled with the pandemic and hybrid ways of working, the purpose of the physical workspace had to change. Instant delivered a fully customised office space for Pru Life UK in Ortigas, now known as PRUHouse Ortigas, under Instant's Managed Office solution.

- With the help of Instant, this is Pru Life UK’s first step towards the future of work for their agents, with the Philippines being the first country to adopt this new approach.

The Instant Group went one step further for PRUHouse, working with a specialist experience consultant, The XMakers, to create a unique brand language for the space including:
