Working closely with Hogan Lovells' CRE team in London and operations team in Madrid, Instant delivered a new 49,500 sqft managed office for Hogan Lovells, located in Paseo De La Castellana 77, a prime office tower in central Madrid.

Hogan Lovells International LLP, a global legal powerhouse with over 2,800 lawyers across six continents, aimed to set up its new Spanish headquarters in Madrid. Following their exceptional financial performance, Hogan Lovells wanted to reinforce its presence in Madrid, attract top talent, and boost its growth. They faced critical decisions regarding their Madrid office space as the existing lease was expiring.
