The Instant Group has helped Arvato Systems Malaysia, one of the key development hubs for Arvato Systems Group, to renovate and expand their office space in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia under its Managed Office product.

Arvato Systems Malaysia wanted to renovate and expand their office space in Kuala Lumpur, with a key focus on enhancing culture and workplace experience for employees.

Outcomes
- A 26,720 sq ft fully managed office space in the GTower building in Kuala Lumpur. As part of the project, 15,963 sq ft underwent refurbishment while the additional 10,757 sq ft was given an all new bespoke fit out.
- Instant provided Arvato Systems Malaysia with the flexibility to navigate changing market conditions and seize emerging opportunities, through creating a scalable environment that balances collaboration space and workplace needs.
- With the help of Instant, our client was able to transition away from internal Facilities Management (FM). This approach has enhanced operational efficiency and employee experience.
